Three ingredient smoked bluefish pâté. Delicious appetizer spread that will disappear as soon as it is served. Any other smoked fish can be used instead of bluefish if it is not available in your area.

Mix ingredients until combined. Taste and add lemon juice and/or freshly ground pepper to taste. Garnish with more sliced scallions or smoked paprika.
